Your new KLEIN watch is an exquisite piece of engineering which has been handmade and carefully tested by our KLEIN Watches engineering experts.

Therefor KLEIN Watches grants a FULL 6 months guarantee on the movement of your new KLEIN watch.

If an issue occurs during shipment or within the first 24 hours after receiving your watch you are eligible for a full refund.

You will have to address the issue within the first 24 hours after receiving your watch. If the issue occurs after the first 24hours have passed but within a 6 month time period, we are able to replace the watch by an new identical one.

Returns are only accepted for watches purchased directly here at the KLEIN Watches webshop. The returned watch should be returned in its original and undamaged packaging. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us within the first 24 hours.
